Refund Eligibility

We only provide refunds under the following specific circumstances:

1. Technical Issues with the Beat: If there are significant technical problems with the downloaded beat file that make it unusable (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect file format).
2. Mis-selling: If the product delivered is significantly different from what was advertised or described on the platform.

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: You must report any issues within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered for refunds.
2. Provide Details: When contacting us, please include:
   • Your order number or transaction ID
   • The date of purchase
   • Clear description of the issue
   • Any relevant screenshots or evidence
3. Resolution Attempt: We will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
   • Providing a replacement file if the original is corrupted
   • Offering technical support to resolve download issues
   • Clarifying any misunderstandings about the product
4. Refund Decision: If we are unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to use the beat due to lack of technical knowledge
• Dissatisfaction with the creative aspects of the beat (as all beats can be previewed before purchase)
• Request made after 7 days from the purchase date
• The beat has already been used in a commercial project
• Subscription services (unless there is a technical failure on our part)

Returns

As our products are digital downloads, physical returns are not applicable. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
