2. User Accounts
a. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities associated with their account.
3. Intellectual Property
a. All beats, content, and materials on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users must respect the copyrights and trademarks of others.b. Users must have to purchase a license to use beats and samples for specific purposes, as outlined in the licensing agreement.
4. Payments
a. Payments for beat licenses are processed securely through Razorpay. Users agree to pay the specified fees for the selected license.b. Refunds are only issued under our refund policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
a. Users must not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior on the platform.b. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of beats is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy
a. BeatStore collects and processes user data under our Privacy Policy.b. Users have the right to review, modify, and delete their personal information.
7. Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes arising from the use of BeatStore shall be resolved through arbitration under the laws of India.
8. Modification of Terms
BeatStore reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination
BeatStore reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
